We'll have a brief chat about your favourite and least favourite foods, as well as subtle preferences - like how much time you have to cook, eating out with partners etc. I will get you results by catering to your life, and without asking you to do anything ridiculous.
Every month, I'll update your meal plan and make this available on a clear and easy to follow sheet. If you have allergies or foods you dislike, thats fine, I will make sure that your personalised meal plan meets your specific requirements.
I will ensure, through tested methods, that you get the right amount of calories and macros each day so that you can reach your specific goals.

Jake came to me with the goal to drop some weight and achieve a leaner physique - he started his transformation program at a weight of 231.8lbs / 105.1kg / 16 stone 5lbs.
The photos on the top are from day 1 of the program, compared to the photos on the bottom which are 13 weeks later where he is currently weighing in at an impressive 190lbs / 86.1kg / 13 stone 5lbs.
Based off my nutrition and training plan, Jake has managed to lose an incredible 42lbs / 19kg / 3 stone!!

He started his transformation program at a weight of 206lbs / 93.4kg.
The photo on the left was taken at 5 weeks into the program, compared to the photo on the right where he is currently weighing in at a ripped 175lbs / 79.4kg 14 weeks in.
Based off my nutrition and training plan, with training just 4x a week, Tom has managed to lose 31lbs / 14kg and with a few weeks left he will only continue to improve.
